What is your return & exchange policy?

Our candles are hand poured in small batches, for this reason, we are not able to offer refund or exchanges. However, we want you to be as happy as possible with your new candle, please email us if you have any problems with your order.

What should I do if my candles arrive broken?

Oh no! Let us make it right. Please email us at hello@thefleurishco.com with a picture of your broken candle and your order number, and we will get a replacement shipped out for you as soon as possible.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer private label/custom scents?

At this time, we do not offer private label/custom scents, but we hope to in the future! However, we can accommodate bulk ordering/pricing for gifting, parties and events - email us at hello@thefleurishco.com for more information. 

Candle Care

Always keep burning candle within sight on a level, fire resistant surface and keep away from children and pets. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time and keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
